You have may a situation where an employee works in Sales for part of his normal pay period, works in Service and Administration the remainder, and require costing for each of these centres. Pre-set cost centres are set in the employee file, however should and employee be employed in additional cost centres during the pay period, then these can be easily included during the payrun. e-Cost® prints a wide range comprehensive costing analysis reports. |

This simple to use Time Card Entry facility allows you to easily store and maintain employee time cards, and when combined with e-Award®, you have total payrun control simply based on the times that an employee has worked. The ‘Post-to-Payrun’ feature within e-Time® enables you to AUTOMATICALLY post the employees total hours with the applicable pay types directly into the payrun without having to do any manual calculations. e-Time® allows for the input of the day, start and stop times from your employee’s Time Card to be recorded and automatically used when processing a payrun. Employees who work a split shift or a shift that is across multiple pay periods are easily catered for. You can then easily select the appropriate Payrates and allocate the hours to them. Additional Payrates can be simply created or modified during the Payrun. Then a simple click on ‘Post to Payrun’ and the total employee hours with the applicable pay rates are automatically transferred into the employees payrun. Then print your Employee Time Cards. It’s that simple. Processing your Time Cards has never been easier. |

Each user of e-PayDay® has their own encrypted key which will only allow access to your sensitive payroll data when plugged into the computer.
