At Software Options we offer and recommend to our clients a special Priority Help Desk Support Package. The Support Package is not just a help desk and offers many other benefits such as monthly newsletters, promotions, other benefits and piece of mind.
The priority help desk for new clients is offered after the initial Free 3 months priority assistance.
The Priority Help Desk is available from 8.30 am to 6pm EST.

- PRIORITY Support, highest priority given. All support clients are given the highest priority with any support issue
- Unlimited telephone, e-mail and fax queries
- Configuration
- Error Messages
- Software installation assistance
- Setup and configuring software
- Printer and font setup queries
- Pastel Installation advice
- Setting up new users and levels
- Setting up backup & restore functions
- Master File defaults setup
- Processing procedures
- Running reports and options
- New feature assistance
- Assistance running and of the Sage Pastel Utilities
- Assistance with Periodic maintenance procedures such a culling data, clearing inactive accounts, End of Year etc
- Assistance downloading, installing and configuring updates
- General Queries
- Newsletter (Updates, tips, promotions etc)
- General Consultancy (Computer Systems advice and recommendations)
- Free Site Appraisal
The following with 5% Discount
- Labour on site or at Software Options. i.e. Installation., Setup & Training
- Other Software purchases (Not upgrades)
- Special report development utilising Crystal Reports, GL Report Writer or BIC (Business Intelligent Centre)
Important Notes:
- Help Desk support for third party Add-Ons is only included if specified and may have a separate support arrangement.
- The Help Desk Support is direct with Software Options
